A vastly superior film, and the best so far. Finally moving away from the docile direction of Chris Columbus in to the darker and more realise vision that this franchise needed. This feels not only like a REAL movie in it’s own right, but it also conveys and much darker, adult and interesting narrative that wasn’t present before. This was gripping in parts which is NOT something I would say about the first two. The acting was much improved as well. I put this down to direction, though others feel that this is down to their age and experience. Either way, it’s about time…
