The British equivalent to the American, Step Up franchise, this time instead of Ballet/Streetdance fusion as with Streetdance 3D, we now have Tom Conti helping to fuse Latin and Streetdance. Everything about this film is okay, with decent enough dance routines for fans and hammy performances as the loosely drawn characters that make they way through the paint by numbers screenplay.
For hardened fans of the genre, this is a welcome addition to the cannon and is certainly more solid than Streetdance 3D, but it will not be winning over any new fans.
